Feel Comfortable in Your Own Home Gym

A home gym is great if you can only fit in 20 minutes – it would probably take that time to get down to your local gym and ready to exercise.  At home you just jump on your equipment and begin.

If you are overweight you may even feel conscious of going to your local gym and prefer to exercise in the comfort of your own home.  It can be a bit off putting to some people who have a few pounds to lose and go to their gym in baggy t shirts and sweats only to see everyone else in fitted, modern tracksuit, toned with no extra fat to be seen!  While some people feel comfortable with this scenario, others will not.
