The best home gym is something that people disagree on as there are so many to choose from. However, there are several that have a top rating which include the Hoist V5. However, this home gym is probably out of the price range for many people because although it has been given a top rating it is in a high price bracket; the estimated price of this single stack home gym is $3,400.
If you wanted a double stack home gym you could take a look at the BodyCraft X2 family Epress if you have an estimated $3,300 to spend. However, this home gym can actually accommodate multiple users with two 200 pound weight stacks. A very high spec. So if you have a couple of working sons this one might be a possible if you divide the cost.
